A project of high complexity that lasted several months. The initial stage was to follow faithfully  the brand strategy, upon which all next steps would be based. This was followed by the retail concept construction , as well as the operations design that would determine the whole customer experience.
To provide the above we
– Created different  areas that divide products
– Placed wall panels and low height furniture to organize the products and showcase them in a more appealing way
– Using  technology placing screens, tablets and digital signage for product promotions
– Removed the service counter and gave access to the storage area, making the service process faster and significantly increasing the retail area
– Replaced the service counter with smaller booths around the store for a customer oriented and personal experience
